Howdy! The Swing Cats are so excited about swing dancing that we can't help but share it with the world. We want you to get excited about swing dancing, too.
The Texas Aggie Swing Cats performance team, also known as Ol' Roc's Lindyhoppers is all about sharing our love for the dance with Texas A&M, the Bryan/College Station community, and beyond.
As the home of Texas A&M's elite dancers, we do enter Texas competitions, such as the Variety show at A&M in which we performed as an exhibition group in 2006 after having won in 2005, but our main priority is getting YOU involved.
We perform at conventions, meetings, fundraisers, schools, nursing homes, Aggie Mom's clubs, and others. We perform to entertain, teach group lessons, give presentations about the history of Swing Dancing, etc.
